![]() Les articles liés | Les articles traduits Here’s a method to help you make a napkin pouch to put away your patrol’s napkins during the camp or at home... Simple, efficient and very soon essential ! What you need :
Making the pouch :
2° Fold each band in three. Put the squares on top. Pin them.
3° Lift the flap and sew each end. Then sew on two additional lines about 6" from the edges so as to make three pouches.
Do the same with the other band
4° On the second dish cloth make a hem at the top about 1" wide. Pull the branch (bamboo) through. Attach the string to the right and to the left with a knot.
5° Sew the second dish cloth on the bands you made along the same lines as before. For a stronger set sew at the bottom, in the fold of the flap.
A few ideas :You can embroid on the flap the names of the boys in your patrol or the members of your family. That way everybody can find his/her napkin beforehand. Auteur : Sylvie Barau (MC n° 37) / AGSE All rights reserved - translated from french by Pierre B.
