The food

Some advice on the food you should carry :

  • Try to limit the weight of your backpack, use dehydrated food if possible.
  • There’s no need to take tons of sweets with you. An energetic bar will be much better.
  • Know in advance if the shops are open. That way you won’t have to carry unnecessary food with you.
